As a first step, it is crucial to obtain a complete and comprehensive understanding of your company's operational processes and the systems used, as these significantly determine the pricing. If you provide us with the relevant documentation, there will be no assessment cost. (It is important to mention that if we receive incomplete documentation of the operational processes, this may lead to misunderstandings regarding pricing later on.)
In the absence of process documentation, the first step is to assess the client's operational processes to gain an accurate understanding of their needs and existing systems. This assessment is essential for offering customized and effective solutions. After the assessment, we prepare the process documentation and then develop the final proposal based on it, which includes the implementation and development cost, as well as the monthly service fee.
How do we determine Data ERPort's pricing?
Our pricing strategy aims to provide each client with a unique, competitive price.
The pricing of Data ERPort is determined by the following elements:
- Preliminary Assessment (OPTIONAL): An essential condition for implementation is that the client has documentation of their operational processes. If the client lacks the necessary documentation, we prepare it through an assessment project, and its cost is credited against the total implementation cost if ordered. An assessment cost is only incurred if the company lacks operational documentation.
- Development and Implementation Cost: The final proposal includes the total implementation and development costs, tailored to the client's unique, specific needs. Pricing is based on the number of systems used by the company and the complexity of its processes.
- Monthly Fee: The monthly service fee is calculated based on the complexity of the system supporting the client's needs and operational processes, primarily covering the operation of the service.
